Description
Celebrate the next generation of Formula 1 with this dramatic artwork featuring Kimi Antonelli behind the wheel of the Mercedes-AMG Petronas Formula 1 car.
For this piece, I wanted to capture the combination of speed, precision and raw Formula 1 performance surrounding one of the sport’s most exciting drivers. Antonelli and the Mercedes are brought forward in extraordinary detail, while sweeping Petronas turquoise, silver and black textures race across the composition to create an intense sensation of speed.
The low, aggressive perspective places you alongside the car, with painted motion, track reflections and flying spray adding energy while the deep black background allows the unmistakable Mercedes colors to command the artwork.
Fine hand crafted digital art, individually developed through digital painting, compositing, layering, texturing, lighting, color work and detailed artistic finishing.
