Shipping

Every piece at RevvedUp Designs is produced to order — nothing sits in a warehouse. When you place an order, it goes into production with one of my professional print partners and ships directly from their facility to you.

• Production time: 3–7 business days before your piece leaves the production facility.
• Delivery time (US): 3–5 business days after production, tracked.
• UK & Europe: pieces for UK/EU customers are printed and framed in the UK; delivery varies by country.
• Brushed metal pieces are special order only and may take longer; timelines are confirmed with you before production begins.
• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your piece is on its way.

Returns & exchanges
Because every piece is made to order, please read this policy carefully before ordering.

• Damaged or defective pieces: If your artwork arrives damaged, or with a production defect, contact me within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. I will arrange a free replacement or a full refund — your choice.
• Change-of-mind returns:  As each piece is produced to order for you, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
• Custom commissions are final sale once production begins, except for damage or defects as above.
• How to start a return or claim: email [kevin.revvedupdesigns@gmail.com] with your order number and a photo if the piece is damaged. I will reply within 1-2 business days with next steps.
• Refund timing: approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 days of approval.
